Issue upgrading from Premium housesitter to Combined

I’m currently Premium housesitter, I would like to upgrade to Premium Combined and I get this message when I click the “Pay now” button.

I tried several creditcards or even Google Pay, always the same issue.
It’s an extra 140euro/year:

Go your dashboard and get contact info to connect with membership services. No one in the forum can help with such a problem.

If you use the chatbot, Frankie, you can ask to speak to a human and if there isn’t one available, they’ll follow up when one is available.
