Hi - I’m trying to pay for a renewal but every time I try to submit payment I get a ‘Something went wrong - try again or contact Membership Services’ error message.
I’ve tried with 2 separate credit cards and also PayPal and each time the error message comes back immediately, I’ve spoken to the Credit Card companies and there is no issue on their end - they have suggested the issue is with Trusted Housesitters ecom payment method. I’ve tried to use the TH help bot and emailed into the support but all you get is a generic response copy and pasted from the help pages, which I could’ve (and had) found myself!.
Any tips on what to do? Super frustrating as I want to post dates and my membership is currently paused, getting a generic response once ever 24hrs is painful and slow. I’ve never known it be more difficult to give my money to a company!
