Membership renewal help

I just renewed my membership today after canceling a couple of months ago. But I noticed that my old membership is NOT renewed, even though I received a receipt. That said, I did not go into my old account, but instead opened THS site and renewed there. How can I get this fixed?

None of us in this forum can help with such a problem. Go to your dashboard and scroll down to the contact info for membership services. If you use the chatbot, Frankie, then say you want to talk to a human. If none are available during that time, they’ll follow up with you.

What does that mean, you didn’t renew through your old account and you went through the THS website?

Are you saying you created a new account? If so and you don’t want to lose everything from your old one including reviews well then you definitely messed up and would need a live customer service agent you try to fix this.
