Hi, we haven’t used the need a pet sitter option–we have only pet sat. We did set up a request last year but ended up taking our dog with us. We are in need of a sitter now and cannot find our previous listing. And the request looks different. Has it changed in past year? Thank you in advance. Trish
If you are combined you should be able to find both your homeowner “listing” and your pet sitter “profile” in your “dashboard.” I usually use the web not the app and it’s pretty easy to find both from my dashboard. If you can’t, I’d suggest contacing member services. If the bot is no help, just keep asking for a human.
