Checks and references

Hi
I cannot this answer from chat or on the normal website. We are dog and cat lovers and currently we have them and have since we were children but I cannot get on idea what checks and references are taken. We would not expect issues we are private people and to know what they do. Or is it based on your profile information you provide and your reviews. Any help appreciated Stephanie & Gary

I am not quite sure what you are asking. Is it that you wish to know how THS sitters are checked before being accepted for membership? If so sitters are ID checked and I think in the USA it is more rigorous with an official check but I can’t be sure - perhaps someone from the States can confirm this.
