@Ben-ProductManager , this is the problem. Many sits are quickly paused before you have a chance to submit your application, whether given the extra time or not.
If “the rules” could be changed to allow a listing to be posted for 24 hours before enacting the pause, you will have a satisfied sitter client base. This still forces quick action but does not lock a large portion of sitters out of the running. Please consider this.
