No! I have been invited and attended a few zoom meetings with members of the Product team which were a waste of time as decisions had already been made

Next, the moderators often state “thanks, we’ll pass that suggestion on”. Wouldn’t they instead say something like “this forum isn’t the place for suggestions…

I am very cynical, I don’t like the way THS treats its members at all. But, there may have been suggestions and improvements made from suggestions made by members that I’m not aware of.
