I’ve had the same situation as a host. Lots of favorites but few viable apps. This last time, I contacted 5-6 “favoriters” with an individualized message. I chose those from favoriters that met our general preferences, after reading their profiles. After a week of no viable apps, I had secured the perfect match in one day. Nothing to lose with open communication.

I save sits fir a couple of reasons. Some are sits that look good to me in places i want to be or know i will ne in the future.
Others are sits i am considering applying for but need to either talk to my husband or im not sure if the dates will work or not.
A couple of times we have accepted sits that ive saved after the HOs have reached out to us. Right now i have a few saved sits that have dates that look appealing but I’m not sure about yet. If the HOs reach out, though I’d love to talk to them about the possibility of doing those dates.
Amyways, people save sits for different reasons and it certainly wouldnt hurt to reach out and start a conversation with them.
