This will affect rescue organisations as well as pet owners who travel with their dogs.
The United States Centre for Disease Control has announced a list of 113 countries from which you will be unable to import dogs from the 14th of July 2021. This includes pet dogs that have been traveling from the US with their owners. They say that this is a temporary suspension and that there will be very limited exemptions which require the owner or to apply for special written approval, which must be done at least 30 days before the they intend to travel.
