Failed application notification needed for sitters

We would like to know when we have been unsuccessful in an application

At the moment we have to go back to the listing and see if there are still dates available and if not then we assume they have gone elsewhere and we have to “un-apply” from the inbox. Could an email or message be sent to all the unsuccessful applicants perhaps or am I missing something?
