Favorites folders

Hello. Is there a way to put house/per favorites into folders, by geography, dates, etc, as one can easily do on AirBnB?

There used to be coloured folders which you could individually name which I used regularly.

THS cancelled this feature under the “New Improved Inbox” a while ago.

They certainly don’t make it easy on us. I find the app to be overwhelmingly frustrating.

No, of course not. Why would they add useful, practical features that have been requested for ages? They don’t have money to make those kinds of miracles happen.

Absolutely, and the forum team consistently do that. :raising_hands:

What’s super important to mention is that the forum is one data point amongst a much bigger picture of qual and quant research, UX and Member Service data collection and more.

So, there aren’t any guarantee’s about if the suggestions are implemented (or when).

The evidence and feedback that are collected guide the platform development that you’ll continue to see throughout this year and beyond - thank you for being part of that.

Hey Mark; maybe what’s being asked (or at least, what I wonder) is if THS have any kind of public-facing support ticket system for submitting problems, dev issues & new feature requests.

While we appreciate that the moderation team passes things along, ideally it would be nice to know where these requests end up & what progress is being made. Most software companies I’ve worked for have some type of ticket system…often those provide customers an ability to directly submit problem reports for triage, look up existing or previously-reported issues, and even to vote on dev requests, in some cases.

At this time, it isn’t something that’s available.

I too want to thank and commend the moderators. It’s very much appreciated. But these concerns of mine — particularly about the app, and believe me, I have more — are not the thoughts of a computer genius, but issues that should have been addressed years ago.

Yeah - they can’t even make the calendar availability function. Oh they must have the money with over 200,000 members and now charging booking fees, so I don’t think it’s a question of money:)

Yep, so many small things lacking on the platform. (Of course, I was being sarcastic about the money. Literally all THS is is a tech platform, and they don’t seem to get that running smoothly)
