Great idea. Gotta love the momentum of experience improvement.
Heck, @Mark_B with seeming progressive mindset then we daresay that the THS Forum community could suggest plenty of ideas! But respect that proposed functionality related to pet care - in itself a great step forwards - and only a subset of my own recent ideas related to that topic 
. Guess got excited.
If helpful, I can edit earlier reply to just pet stuff and deflect non-pet ideas to another thread, say something like ‘Making Property Clearer in Listing’ (like OP here).

I wouldn’t want to see it checked. It’s already a clearly stated rule, so it would feel weird. Like if I walk in to a store, it would feel strange if I had to check off that I’m not going to steal something.
Honestly, THS has to do better on getting across terms when people write and submit their listings. AI could be very useful in guiding people through – not so much in the writing but by providing prompts and information about rules.
Then again I’m thinking of AI in the best case sense and not of Frankie.
