As always, the Forum will be here for peer-to-peer support, but we wanted to ensure that anyone needing urgent or account-specific support knows where to turn to.

Membership Services will take a break on 25th December 2024 and 1st January 2025, with emergency cover in place on those days.

Just to update, MS have confirmed that the Urgent Support Phone Line and Vet Advice number will both be open over the holidays, but they asked me to note that on 25th December and 1st January, MS have skeleton staffing - any urgent line calls that may go to voicemail will be responded to as soon as possible.
