It’s a great listing already, but there are few things you’ve missed out. You’ve put across the lovely personality of Elvis and your own personality really well, so that’s great. There is a shop, a Chinese and a pub - say FOOD shop, a Chinese TAKEAWAY if that’s what it is etc, the words ‘food shop’…

I’d add a photo of the kitchen, people want to know where they’ll be preparing food and eating. Take a photo of it looking exactly as you’d leave it – for instance, if you’d plan to clean and put everything away, do that before photographing.
