I’ve just reported another listing, the HO calls their dog Grumpy and ADMITS that it bites you if you disturb its sleep. It sleeps in your bed…. 
By the time I got the notification it was reviewing!!
It’s in Perth Australia and has a tempting swimming Pool.

At least they disclosed it. If the sitters are ok with it, well…
So, should it be necessary for cat owners to disclose that if you annoy the cat, it may scratch or bite you, or is that just blatantly obvious? You can also be bitten by snakes when feeding them.
Curious, what kind of dog?
I do state not to pick up my cats - though good luck to any sitter who tries 
There was a listing that says they need the sitters to help with Airbnb door opening and closing, they are in the same building, and a little help with something else, not changing beds, I guess they have a cleaner for that, but people applied, shrug, btw where’s the report button?
In this listing the key point is that the dog insists on sleeping in the bed with you BUT if you disturb its sleep it bites you!! I’d sleep in another room for a start…
It seems people will apply for anything. They positively hurl themselves at those “sits” that in reality involve being a full-time farm labourer..
I wouldn’t let the dog sleep with me, simple. People really overthink things. I’d tell the host that I would not let the dog sleep with me if I might get bit and if they aren’t okay with that, it’s not a match.
They also give anything 5 star reviews 
I looked at that sit out of curiosity. They have had quite a number of sitters and overall the reviews are good. Some do mention the grumpiness and biting. I reckon he’d be getting worse as he got older though and you would never know if you were going to be the one that gets the big bite. The owners seem pretty transparent about it.
They can be downrigh translucent about it, but biting is NOT ON.
I know there’s a lot of “It’s fine as long as the HOs disclose it before the sit” in the THS model. But with some things, you can disclose yourself into a full-on Dostoyevskian confessional orgy, but that don’t make 'em OK.
Been “slipping through the net” for a long time. $$$ booking fees at work 
I looked at sits in Perth and found no grumpy biting dog anywhere.

@andrealovesanimals the listing is in reviewing so you wouldn’t see it unless you searched every Perth dog listing in reviewing. Won’t show as a current listing, but you probably already know this.
Let’s hope it’s been removed by THS….
I have looked at far too many sits in Perth, reviewing or not, and no trace of this grumpy biting dog. Thanks @BonnyinBrighton for all this wasted time I will never get back, now I am the one who is grumpy!
