I was looking through sitters that saved our listing. I saw this “happy to be contacted” button on one sitter …clicked…then got the larger message window “got more questions.”
I do try to keep up with the forum for updates etc…but this is new to me.
Not all sitters have this button.
I don’t see it on our profile nor where it can be added…?
This is under external references, if the sitter’s external reference contact has checked the box “I am happy to be contacted”. It has been there for as long as I remember.

Mods this topic can be locked as far as I am concerned.
Would be great if this option was extended to all homeowners . Then sitters could contact homeowners who opted in .
This would enable THS to meet clause 3.2.5 of the T&Cs (which currently is not possible for sitters except where there is a live date listed and you don’t already have a sit that overlaps and you are one of the first 5 applicants)
3.2.5. the ability to communicate with Pet Parents via the Platform’s messaging service;
