I haven’t found a THS help topic on the subject, however this thread is enlightening :
To summarise when an investigation is being undertaken , the accused member’s account is suspended . Confirmed sits remain on the dashboard - the other party of the confirmed sit is not informed that the member is suspended but if they happen to look at their dashboard during this time they will see that their sitter/ host is “Currently Not Active” and that their profile can’t be opened and that they can’t be messaged via the platform .
If after investigation a member is removed from THS , it is my understanding that the other party to any confirmed sits is contacted by THS to advise them that the sit is cancelled as x is no longer a member .
