Hello everyone!
We’ll be sending out a survey this evening to gather your input on the messaging and application system. Your feedback will help us to shape the future of messaging and applications for 2024 and beyond.
Survey Highlights:
The survey aims to prioritise features and identify areas for further investigation.
- It includes features for both owners and sitters.
- We’ve included some of our most popular feature requests, but not all requests could be accommodated.
- The survey format consists of basic questions followed by a 1-7 rating system to indicate feature importance.
Who will receive the survey:
- The survey will be sent to a diverse group of users across the platform
- This will be sent to new users, users who have recently confirmed a sit/sitter, and to users with 10+ sits or sitters.
- Please note that you may not receive the survey as this is not being sent to all members.
We’re aware that some areas are not covered in the survey. This is because they are either already in development or are considered smaller improvements. For instance, the “Invite can’t be sent without a message” feature is already being worked on.
