We were just talking about this yesterday to friends while we were tubing down a river here in North Carolina. It was a 2 hour tube ride and we were telling them that our old black lab was scared to death of the water (puppy accident) but our chocolate lab would have died in the water if we left her there as she never wanted to get out. She would have jumped out of the tube and swam the river the entire time.
