Help confirming sitter and contacting THS (other than chat)

What is going on??? I had no trouble before in time (in May!)with confirming a sitter. Now I am going round in circles and so is she. The HELP bot is no help. (h)(s)(th)e (y) keeps giving repeated advice…including some “unconfirm” button which which not appear on my screen anywhere. I have now reinvited my chosen sitter (she is marvellous and I shall be really annoyed if this process chases her away)…and have asked what I do then…but Bot does not seem to know muc…have asked for a humn…bot says all busy. Have phoned UK…no reply. Have also phoned USA…no joy there either from the “team”…what am I paying for here??? Is there a botchup in the new “inbox” system which says I can also “switch back” but makes no difference??? I need help urgently preferably from a person. Email is good enough…better than nothing PS your help system gives both your “customer service” the intelligent use of AI a bad name…

Email is support@trustedhousesitters.com but unsure how long before you receive a reply being almost the weekend. Usually fast, like within 24 hours.

@sofiero Instead of typing your query to the bot, just write ‘speak to agent’ and when ‘Frankie’ again asks you to type your query, repeat that phrase. You should then be put through to an actual human being.

She has to accept the invitation and then that’s it - it will show as a confirmed sit on both of your dashboards.

I’m puzzled by this description, I probably misunderstood something.
The way I see this is: you offered her the sit, now she needs to hit the “accept” button on her end.
