Could HomeOwners please be asked/required under AMENITIES to put more in than internet speed.
Sitters would like to know about their sleeping accommodation…twin beds, king, sofa bed, bath or shower. Please THS admin ask more of your HOMEOWNERS!

While some HOs may not be filling out the amenities completely, it is more likely you are seeing listings that were initially created before THS added all those new ones. So when re-posting their sit, for new dates, it will look the same as it had before. Not sure how things look on the HO end when they are creating a listing, but I suspect the primary issue is that like many changes it has made to the site, process,etc… THS didn’t go a good job of making people aware it, rather than the HO deciding not to provide this information in their listing.

Can confirm that HOs got zero notice of the change when listing amenities became an option. I review and update my listing for each sit and did notice it, but I can see how many HOs, particularly those who don’t use THS that often, would miss it.
I’ve said this before, but I wish, whenever there were changes like this, that the software would not allow a listing to go live until new sections have been completed.

It would be great if HO were prompted to update AMENITIES in full when they request sitters! Hope THS is listening…

Oh that makes sense now. I just thought HO were lazy and couldn’t be bothered filling it in.
