We’ve been members of THS for a year now and never had any issues to fill any of our listings until now.
We have a listing in South Devon which is only 18 days away and no applications. I would like to widen the options on dates for sitters, so I can attract sitters but the system doesn’t allow you to add multiple dates. To get around this I have written flexible dates on the start of the listing profile. Does anyone have any other ideas that have worked for them in making your dates more flexible and appealing?

I’ve had a Quick Look at your listing and, presumably, this is the first time you’ve had no applications. I can understand your concern.
I would recommend that you put the animals’ photos near the beginning, perhaps after the picture of the outside of your house. Some of the photos you’ve uploaded are irrelevant.
You say your home is inaccessible by public transport so that will put off those without a car. Could you pick sitters up from Exeter railway station perhaps? Is there a shop nearby?
You say nothing about the dogs’ behaviour, if they can be walked together on or off leash, what their recall is, how they are with other dogs/people/children, and very important: how long can they be left for? Also, where do they sleep?
Not everyone would want a turtle wandering around the house, if that’s what happens (one of your previous sitters mentioned that)
I believe if you take the listing down, do some changes and relist, it boosts it so will go near the front when sitters are searching.

Looks like a friendly, easy sit. Biggest challenge will be that it’s only four days and the sitter will have to navigate BHW traffic to get to you and Devon is notoriously hideous plus sitters are in high demand for holiday weekends. Could the sitter come earlier and/or stay a day later perhaps? Bit more info on timings and how long it’s okay to leave the pups etc as @Smiley says. A pooch photo as the cover would appeal more than the house IMHO. I read the listing and it says accessible by public transport so be good to explain how to get to you? Lots of good past reviews so that stands you in good stead. Rejig and repost and boost and see how you go. #bestofluck
