Hi there.

My profile is taking a while to get activated; I assume it’s due to the identification verification process. Could anyone tell me how long it took for theirs to be validated, or how they resolved this issue?

Hopefully your issue has been resolved by now, but if not:

I’m a sitter in the USA, on THS for 1.5 years. I think it only took about 24 hours for mine to be activated when I joined. (Definitely no more than 2 days.) I was surprised how quick it was.
