I have been unable to sort out how I post a new listing. I have one that hasn’t happened yet (our first) and have found a sitter for that one. However, they aren’t free for my next block of dates so I would like to post the second sit. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi @Ros welcome to our Community Forum and to TrustedHousesitters and congratulations on arranging your first sitters.
You can add more dates via your Dashboard
… 
Click on Manage Dates …
Next window
Under sitter confirmed you can add another date range
Add more dates
And this will publish your next set of dates.
If you have any problems I can refer to Membership Services however it is exactly the same process as the original date posting.
