How to delete a listing?

We have 3 days left before the start of our trip and had no lunch in getting a sitter, after several invites and even applications (that didn’t work out due to our not being flexible with our dates).

We’ve now made other plans and I want to delete the listing. I’ve removed the dates but can’t seem to find out how to remove the listing.

“Chat” is useless as it’s a bot and they just keep telling me how to delete my account!

This site is NOT user friendly.

I searched for open tickets with the email address you used to sign up to the Forum, but it didn’t bring up any results.

If you used an alternative email address when you submitted your enquiries to the chat bot, I can take another look, and ask the team to get in touch.

Thanks for the reply. I used the same email i registered with but I don’t think I raised a ticket as I didn’t want to delete my account.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to do.

By just removing your dates @MoKa-Max-Chi-Dex, your listing will not be live so sitters won’t see it to apply. However, it you want to completely remove all photos and information, I’m thinking you would have to delete each section plus photos separately and Save each change.

You don’t delete your listing, it just goes inactive. You don’t want to start from scratch every time you have new dates available. You just edit the current listing and add dates to make it active again.
