And then when you are in the Inbox - sometimes the previous conversation is auto-hidden and hard to find! You must click into the sitter, then click again on “Show # older messages.” There is no visual clue that this phrase is a link or accordion opener . . . so it’s hard to remember (for me)! But once you click on that phrase - all the previous messages will appear. Hope this helps!
@Vanessa_A - a suggestion for TH is to make this phrase visually appear as a standard link in software - e.g. blue with an underline.
