The new inbox is driving me crazy, lol! In the old one, we could easily find an old conversation and continue it if the pet owner has new sits, now I can’t find the search function and am having to scroll through dozens of old messages. In addition, I have to contact a pet owner I confirmed a sit with awhile ago and without knowing how to search for her name, I don’t know how to send her a message. Why did they change it? Please help so I can continue good communication with my dear pet parents. Thank you!
They haven’t put in a search function on the new inbox! It has been requested but while we all hold our breath (hint - don’t ) then manual scrolling it is!

This is awful. Now I can’t find hosts based on names I remember…My list of conversations is way too long to scroll through the whole thing. Horrendous that they’d do this to us. But less-than-helpful things keep occurring as ‘updates’ so I guess i shouldn’t be surprised.
