Rumor has it that you ask Frankie for a human twice and the gates to the kingdom open.
However, the fiasco launched yesterday may have strained Frankie to the point of breakage. Think Hal at the end of 2001.

Unfortunately, unless itâs an emergency, in which case you can use the emergency phone number at the bottom of your dashboard, Membership Services and everybody else at THS are a tad busy coping with the backlash of their âbooking feeâ" introduction @Journey
