Hello. I have been trying to contact HELP via the live chat but it never works for me at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I am trying to share my Welcome Guide but the site won’t allow me to do it. The sit is confirmed by me and the sitter so I am not sure why. Teying to contact admin seems impossible. I have emailed but no response. Any advice would be gratefully received.
I think if you type speak to an agent that should get you to a human. If not, this is the emergency number. There is a US number but I don’t have it saved. Hope this helps

Type in “Speak to an agent”. Reply this over an over again, after the third mention you should be connected to a real person

Those phone numbers are for emergencies only @tabithaneville. If not an emergency, use the Help button and ask Freddie the bot to ‘speak to a human’. You will need to repeat that twice.
