How to speak with an actual person rather than chatbot?

Hi all,

I cannot log into my account, and the rest e-mail isn’t coming through. Does anyone know how to contact THS and talk to an actual person? The chatbot is just sending me on a loop of solutions that don’t work.

Ask the chatbot to talk to a human - you probably need to do it twice.
