Is there a phone number to contact support or have they done away with that. Is chat the only option?

The phone numbers are hard to find. If you go to your dashboard and scroll all the way to the bottom you will see them.

Thank you very much but that is only for emergencies and they refer me to the Help/Bot, which do not work on my computer. So frustrating!!!
You have to ask for a human a few times on the chat bot @cfanorman and you’ll reach a real human. #frankiefact

Thank you. I finally managed yo get in youch with a live person. They told me to ask the sitter a question, leave it for a few days. So far I have heard nothing. Very nervous to leave my dog/house in the care of someone who does correspond. Suggestions?
If their comms are too slow then go with your gut feeling and cancel them and look for a new sitter. Only you can make that call but good comms are at the base of all successful sits. If TH is saying a few days then am assuming the sit is quite a way off? #trustyourgut

Thank u 4 your help! I have called, emailed…bounced back, texted and nothing. If this is happening now, I can not imagine how upset I will be if I go away and have no response with my dog and house! This will not work for me! Is there a group that I can report this girl to in order for others to not have to go through this?
Not really, you can deal with support at THS and cancel the sitter and tell them. They may or may not mark it against her profile. The sooner you do it the better you will feel. #justdoit
