I have message the HO on four separate occasions, the owner has ‘seen’ the messages but has not responded! I have messaged ‘support@trustedhousesitters.com’ for advice and support. As of yet, not response from Trusted Housesitters support; though site states available ‘24/7’ !
Can someone please help me contact a member of the Trusted Housesitters team. Thank you.

The Forum team can’t help with account specific issues, but I’ve checked and can see that we replied to your email at 12.38pm BST, yesterday. Have you checked your spam and junk mail?

If you are on a sit and it’s for an urgent situation that you need to contact the HO - you can call the Urgent Support Phone Line - which is 24/7 the number is on your dashboard.
Member Services may have emergency contact numbers for them and will try to reach them .
