There are several tools like this - both international tools and some more local or for instance for use in school.
Microsoft has an AI-tool called Copilot, I think here it is a separate licence but that can probably differ. In their email-tool Outlook there is also a possibility of choosing propositions on what you should answer to an e-mail based on the incoming text - that is also AI.
ChatGPT has had a free version where it is a limit on how many questions you can ask per a timeperiod.

Maybe they are needing home help to keep the place more freshly aired and clean
Alot of pets can sometimes be a bit too much on pple and they may not realise until someone shares it
