The new design seems to have caused some pets to disappear from the section under reviews that shows how many pets you took care of during a sit. Many of us have had the same issue, its been mentioned in a previous post: Easier to compare, Clearer to choose - #7 by Mark_B This was apparently caused by a recent update, which THS said they would reverse by August 14…we’ll see, we’ll see!

I’ve had this issue with 12 x past sits . The host hasn’t added or lost any pets since our sit - yet the reviews show only 1 pet icon whilst the wording of the review mentions both of the dogs / cats by name .

My chickens are back! I missed them :baby_chick:

I hope they bumped into my missing cats, dogs & guinea pigs along the way :crossed_fingers:

What’s more misleading on my sitter profile is the new heading on my references (not reviews) that say I looked after the referee’s pets. I never have. In a couple of cases they don’t even own pets. @Jenny @Mark_B can you you please escalate this issue to get it fixed.
