Where has the "pet behavior" category gone?

We have just completed a wonderful sit and when writing up the review, there was no ‘Pet Behavior’ category to give stars. I searched the Help Centre but came up empty handed. Is this an anomaly? That is an important category!

Are the pet icons on the listing ?

Nope. AND on the homewners’ review, there is no “Happy Pets" category. Both of these categories are (should be) the foundation of this platform. Interesting…:thinking:

I had the same issue @lonnajp64 . So this no longer appears to be a one-off. I didn’t think it could just be my imagination.

I encourage others to double check their recent reviews given and/or received.

I double checked the homeowner’s listing and it definitely includes a dog.

@lonnajp64 check this location: go into your past sits and see if the pet icons are showing.for the sit in question

I just checked my past sits, and the pet behavior category is still there. I did learn, however, that my past sits show up on the website, but not the app.

It’s likely there on the app too.

When you look at your sits section, you will immediately see confirmed and open applications but will need to swipe left for the past sits.

Thanks! That worked . It didn’t occur to me that all info wouldn’t be visible on the main screen.

We just had the same issue today, so the issue is not solved:

The housesit involved a dog and a cat. The review we got and the review we left are missing the “pet“ category. The past sit showed a sit without pets, the listing shows the pets. Something is wrong here.

@Sam_F can you please ask customer service to look into it? Thank you!
