After contacting the support folks via email, and explaining the problem, they fixed the pet behavior category on The review left for my house sit by my house Sitter and added Per Behavior stars in with five 
based on the words used in the review from my Sitter. Will be interesting to see if they’ve actually fixed the problem or simply my particular Sitter review upon request. If anyone notices, please let me know. I don’t have another reviewer from a sitter coming up for a long time (and it might be a while before I actually do another sit myself to see for myself during the review time from the app).
