Hi everyone. We are Nigel and Charlotte, pet owners of a beautiful female German Shepherd (9 years) and two loving cats (2 and 3 years old) living near Sutton Benger and Chippenham in North Wiltshire in the South West of the UK. We live in a beautiful rural country house on a private park farm estate with lovely walks, trees, a small lake and a 13 century church in the gardens. We are new to this site but as our children are now away to university we are looking forward to the opportunity to travel a little more but are keen to use the service to welcome experienced sitters into our home to take care of our pets.

Welcome to the THS forum.
I’m a new THS sitter, but can recommend reading lots of the posts here.
After reading a bunch I feel more educated on questions to ask before a sit. Also how to deal with things during a sit when things don’t go as planned.
There are veteran sitters and homeowners on this forum with years of experience that I know I’ll put to use when applying and during sits.
Plus everyone has been welcoming.
