Invites for overlapping dates

We are still getting invitations for dates which are already unavailable because of confirmed sits. Was this issue never resolved? Super annoying to be getting those emails. I guess the overlapping rule doesn’t apply to HOs.

Us too. However if you ever did try to proceed/accept an overlap invitation, the system wont actually allow it. We have tried to do it… :smiling_face:

Here is the blog post announcing that it’s fixed. @Jenny was it ever fixed or this is a new bug?

  • Invites won’t be able to be sent to sitters who already have a confirmed sit

Following up on this from the other thread you commented on, just wanted to confirm that I spoke to the Product team about this, and I have an update.

I’m happy to confirm that after looking at this, the team have identified the issue, and are working on a bug fix to resolve things :slight_smile: thank you for the feedback and apologies that I didn’t follow this up at the end of October.
