What’s changing?

Over the coming months, we’re rolling out a series of updates to support easier and more reliable communication on the TrustedHousesitters app.

Please can you confirm that no more changes will be rolled out until the errors caused by the last update have been fixed for everyone affected ?

I refer to the update 3 weeks ago that has resulted in sitters reviews now showing incorrect pet information ( number , breed type of pet etc )

The issue first reported on this thread 17 days ago still hasn’t been fixed !

I followed the instructions and sent screenshots of all the errors to member services .

I have received an e-mail this morning saying that they have been corrected -but they haven’t.

….

I am not alone ..

23 out of 89 reviews are incorrect

11 incorrect reviews with a range of mistakes, including multiple for some sits. Apparently I have cared for a horse but I’ve never even been near one!

I have also just gone through all my reviews and there are 50 incorrect listings.

I have really looked for 83 pets but they have shrunken down to 56.
27 pets have disappeared altogether

these all show either no pets or just one pet even thought they had multiple pets when I sat for them

Every single review i looked at, has got the wrong amount of pets. For example, 2 rabits, no mention of any cats, 1 cat instead of 3. Some are missed out altogether. Very misleading for HO. Not very happy with this. Only looked at the first 15 reviews. Dread to think what the other 60 are like.

numerous inaccurate pet counts (listed as 1 cat but actually 2) or missing pets (listed as 2 dogs but actually 2 dogs and a cat).

Some of ours are also wrong, I dog vs 3 etc

Many of my sits also have the wrong pets and numbers of pets .

Some of my sits have incorrect number of pets and the pets are exactly the same now as when I did the sit.

I don’t understand why this can’t be corrected or why it is wrong in the first place.

About 1/2 our reviews are wrong

The majority of pets are missing from my reviews.

The reviews haven’t been correct for a while. The pet care category disappeared from some reviews which resulted in the overall score showing as a 4 when it was previously a 5.
What a mess!
