It may appear «better» because it is a Chinese company and probably have no rules whatsoever on how to use your personal data - (and exploiting that.) Remember though that each request and question using such tools is info. you give the tool and their owners (whoever they might be). Even for an «innocent» question a tool will learn quite a lot about me - from the questions I ask, how I ask them, how I follow up - my line of thought. Just a heads up, as we’ve recently been to a talk about AI. 
Our son creates/works in the AI space so we’re somewhat steeped in this stuff- his idea of light hearted chit chat is a deep dive into his AI world over a cup of tea! We barely understand what he does…. but enjoy hearing about the ‘smart’ tests he gets us to do in order to check accuracy of language based AI and he’s pretty disparaging about all of them tbh. ‘Real’ 
AI is being used in a multitude of invisible ways- it’s in everything now and people simply don’t realise.
