This lovely mix of Schnauzer and Poodle has some charming behaviour. Whenever I need to locate her I don’t bother whistling. I go to the kitchen and open some biscuits! She does a circular spin on arrival. Full of anticipation!
When I’m eating she is my dumb waiter. She sits quietly nearby and gives me a beady stare.. They have a perfectly good dishwasher machine installed but she would happily assume the role of pre washer!
This will go on for a two week stay.. will I crumble?

This cat takes comfort very seriously! she’s either here or in the middle of a King Size bed! Her food bowl is never empty, nor is her water bowl. Cat life is best- and they have 9 lives? No contest!

This dog creases me up. We finally head off for a walk in what is supposed to be a drying time of day according to my weather app. Ok well it was wrong! Huge puddles everywhere and growing.. Winnie as she goes along in true waterdog fashion walks through each one and tastes them too! I guess I’d do that if wine got spilt!

I sat a dog who loved to drink from puddles, even in his backyard, though he had plenty of fresh, clean water indoors. Made me laugh.

This sweet Schnauzer/Poodle cross sleeps with me. She’s so good, the perfect sleeping partner! She is the perfect fleecy hot water bottle! Doesn’t snore ( well I’m deaf so don’t judge! ) or fidget and only wakes when I do! One pit stop a night (when I get up too). We are having back to back storms down here on the Costa del Sol ! ( Heavy irony) I couldn’t wish to be anywhere else. “ Winnie” is a winner!
