Created the cumbersome welcome information and now cannot print it.
Hey, Saskud, and welcome! What are you seeing? I print mine off every time I update it and haven’t had any trouble. I just checked and it looks like it’s just going to the dashboard, clicking on edit welcome guide, clicking on print, then on print again.
I print the welcome guide but it is a clunky process. Each section separately and the end is a page and a half of boilerplate from TH. I print 2/page and only the pages
with useful information.
TH could fix this by allowing export the guide to a pdf without all the boilerplate but that would only save the users time and money!

As a sitter, I never bother to print the welcome guide. I just make note of the homeowners’ address and phone #, wifi pw and bring my laptop and access it when I arrive.

Doesn’t work for me either, I copy and paste into a Google doc to print.

When the Print dialog box is up, under Destination where the default is the name of your printer, choose instead Save as PDF. Save it to your computer then open that file and print. Or send the PDF to the sitter if you have exchanged email or WhatsApp contact details with them.
