When I click on “Print” for the WG, the preview shows that “the owner did not fill out this [Pet Care] section.” I most certainly did, and it shows up on screen. Please advise.
I’ve noticed that the Welcome Guide now appears differently on screen. Why THS has fiddled with it I don’t know as it was much better before. Instead of being able to just keep scrolling through I found last night that I had to keep going back to the Home Screen and clicking on the next section.

To follow up, tech support is aware of the issue and a bug has already been raised regarding this. This issue is only on the print version. Please be assured that your sitter will see the pet information when they view your Welcome Guide via the web.

Also - when it prints off, spacing goes awry; bullets turning into paragraphs
