Profile Still Not Approved After Submission

Dear TrustedHousesitters Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I completed all the required fields on my profile about seven days ago, including submitting all necessary information. However, my profile has still not been approved.

I’ve tried reviewing my profile, but I can’t find any indication of what might be missing or incorrect. Everything appears to be filled out correctly, and I don’t see any areas where edits are needed.

I’ve also already paid for the membership, but I’m currently unable to access the platform fully due to the pending profile approval.

Could you please review and approve my profile, or let me know if there is anything specific that still needs to be completed or corrected?

That’s disappointing to read @Venancio. Unfortunately, THS does not read the Forum. You need to either email them on support@trustedhousesitters.com or use Frankie, the bot, making sure you use Speak to a Human twice. Where it is the weekend, you may have better luck Monday.

Welcome to the forum @Venancio . Are you joining as a sitter ?

As @temba has explained THS support don’t read the forum. It also appears that they have a weeks backlog of e-mails at present ( based on the time it has taken for them to respond to a query I had sent) .

I agree that trying the live chat and asking to speak to a human will probably be the quickest way to resolve this for you.

Follow the other advice given here. It is, however, extremely disappointing to hear how slow THS is. It used to be instantaneous so no idea what’s going on.
