We are awaiting approval from THS after posting our details with photos 2 days ago. What should I do?
I’ve let the team know that you’ve added photos, and asked if someone can review the listing 
It might also be worth replying to the email that the team sent the other day as well, as this will notify the team member that contacted you.

I can’t trace any email or message on the website in reposnse to our listing. If the team sent something can you ask that it is resent?

The email you were sent on Sunday went to the email address you used to sign up for the Forum - it’s worth checking your spam or junk mail just in case it ended up there.
I did also pass your details to the team and someone’s been assigned to take a look, so someone from the team should be in touch soon.

Nothing came up on a search. We’ve now looked at all messages in the inbox, spam and deleted for Sunday from all senders and there is nothing recieved. So it’s a mystery.
We now have a response to the post - via support. We definitely didn’t receive that message on the 4th.
