To kick start this thread, I’ll share a couple of my favourite things to do in Miami with your pawsome pals!
Miami is known the world over for its beaches and there are some that are dog friendly. One of the best is Haulover Beach and Park. It has 2 miles of beachfront and an adjacent park overlooking Biscayne Bay. Dogs are allowed off the least with their owners between lifeguard towers 2 and 3. Directly across from here you will find Haulover Park’s small and large dog runs which have everything you need for a relaxing afternoon with your dog in the shade.
A great place to dine out with your dog is the Bayshore Club Bar & Grill which is based in one of Miami’s oldest neighbourhoods, Coconut Grove. Bayshore Club is inspired by the golden age of flight, as it was originally a naval air station and throughout the 1930’s and 40’s it served as a base for Pan American World Airway’s flying boats. They have a great menu for both you and your canine companion. They do a choice for your dog’s dinner of chicken & seasonal veggies, salmon & seasonal veggies or Bayshore Dirty Paws rice!
