Read and unread in the inbox

Possibly this has come up before but as things change all the time, thought I would ask again.

I don’t usually use or even look at the web version of THS as I use the app. (Can’t believe how different they look either). Today I applied for a sit and can see on the app inbox that it is “unread" (early hours international). Decided to look at the web version out of curiosity and there is nothing there at all, no read or unread wording anywhere. So I know my application was sent but if I were just using the web version, I wouldn’t know if the HO actually saw, read or even received my application.

Is this how it shows to everyone else or do I have gremlins in my version. Thank you.

@ziggy On the website, when it has been read, down the bottom it will display an “eye” followed by “seen by (owner’s name)”.

It’s been like this for awhile but, of course, it wasn’t a change members asked for :rofl:.

Thanks @temba , I would never have known that, after all these years! But why is it like this I wonder. Such an important change then :wink: Think I’ll stick to the app.

@Smiley hey, are you following the Australian Open? Fantastic opening though only just beginning.

Unfortunately not as it’s not on any of the streaming channels I have and, obviously, the time difference! I’ll be glued to Wimbledon though!
