Hi THS, I’m fairly new here… am I missing something? When a sit that I’ve applied for goes to Reviewing status, I then can’t see the dates any more. Twice last week HO’s have messaged asking me to confirm I’m still available. I’ve replied explaining the glitch and asking them to confirm the dates, at which point both have gone quiet on me. I also find the dot on Inbox continually glows purple and looks as if there is a new message when there isn’t. I’m having to check back and refresh messages multiple times per day which is frustrating. Any advice appreciated.
If you go into your inbox on the website, the sit you’ve applied for will show on the right with the dates.

I use the app… in my inbox is just messages? Is the desktop version different?
i’ve never used the app. I never hear anything good about it. so I have no idea.
@Sydney_Sitter When you open the app, scroll down till you see Your Applications then click to view them where you will see the dates. It doesn’t matter if they’re “reviewing applications” or not, you will still see the dates.
You can also see the dates in your applications in your inbox plus there is a Dates and Updates heading with an arrow to the right under the owner’s name and photo.
