Sitter canceled 4 days before sit. No luck finding a new sitter. Trying to find payment request form since now will need to pay a sitter. How to i get the form?

Call the THS Urgent Support Line, the number on your dashboard. Hopefully you’re a Premium member and will be covered. Did you cancel the sit online? If not it won’t appear to sitters as active. If so, you could try refreshing your dates. Also there is a last minute sits thread you can post your listing on here. Sorry, it is stressful when this happens. I hope you find a sitter soon.

@Karend, sorry to hear about your sitter cancellation. While likely rare then sit cancellations do happen - from both parties.
