Sitter cancelled..how to navigate relisting?

Sitter cancelled for Oct 7 -Oct 16. They were one of the five applications I received under the test. I have cancelled their application and my dashboard is stating Applications Paused, reviewing applications, 1 application received (which is the sitter that I cancelled as per their request.?) I checked on find a house sitter and my listing is not there…
How do I re list my dates.?
This is all very confusing….

I am so sorry that you have fallen fowl of this riduculous process.
Maybe I will be wrong but my bet is that no one can answer as its a test…

Hi @Manunited Have you dealt with the other four applications? The reason I ask is that, looking at Ben’s announcement about pausing, I note this point:

That’s all I could find that may be of assistance. As you know, I’m not an owner on this site so I’m not able to see what owners would see in their accounts.

@Manunited I’m sorry to hear your sitter has had to cancel. I’m not sure what the process is but am tagging @Therese so she sees this when she’s next online.

Hi @Snowbird I cancelled the other 4 applications before I confirmed the successful application. This was all done about a month ago when I first listed.

Because you confirmed a sitter you probably have to start again but I’m no expert. Hope you get the sitter of your dreams this time.

@Manunited All I could find under the Help section is this: How to unpause my dates on my listing

If you’ve done that, then certainly Therese will need to assist you when she’s next online.

@Snowbird , thank you… there was a drop down in the menu that I didn’t see… all sorted and listing is live.

Sorry, not completely ‘fixed’ my dashboard is still showing 1 application from the sitter that I unconfirmed… not sure now if this will count towards the 5 that I’m allowed? How does this get removed?
My listing is live now. Thanks…

@Manunited If it doesn’t fix itself by signing out of your account and signing back in again, then you may still need help from Therese.

@Snowbird , tried that and it didn’t work. Still showing I have 1 application from the sitter that I unconfirmed.

@Therese the remaining issue was that the cancelled sitter application was still showing in the owner’s account as an active application. Please review the account and see if that remains an issue. Thank you. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you @Snowbird and @Manunited … I have asked our tech team in this regard.

And @Snowbird , managed to delete the the unconfirned sitter as an applicant. Thanks
